Never a dull hike :)
Idaho is full of wonderful trails to hike, whether you are in Twin Falls or Boise, there are great places to take kids. In Twin Falls options are not limited to hikes around Dierkes lake (an almost 2 mile hike with stairs so don't try taking a stroller). Dierkes is fun its a loop that offers single track around the lake with a lot of variation in terrain. However, we tend to think that the auger falls trails used for bike riding offers even more options. Kids can pick trails like "haunted forest" or "porcupine trail" and they all are walk-able and strider ready. If you get on an app like Strava you can check out the trail system and how fast kids and adults have run and ridden various loops.
